Homework

Reading books have been collected in today and there will be no spellings or times tables to learn for next week.

If you would like to continue practising your spelling rules and times tables at home, you are more than welcome to use spelling shed and times table rockstars.

Our learning this week in Year 3

English

This week, we have continued writing a narrative version of the spider and the fly. In our writing, we have used noun phrases and inverted commas for direct speech.

Maths

In Maths, we have been learning about statistics. Earlier this week, we used tally charts and frequency tables to collect some data.

RE

In RE, we have been learning about rules followed by different religions. Last week, we learned about the 5 pillars of Islam and today we learned about the 5 Ks in Sikhism.
